We specialize in producing weekend destination weddings with a focus on outdoor event logistics. Our home base is the Hudson Valley, but we love to travel to the Berkshires and CT as well. With demanding careers and desires for destination venues, couples are turning to a professional team to help with timelines, detailed execution and management. We work alongside talented professionals to construct custom sites for the couple looking to experience exceptional celebrations and we enjoy creating these occasions with chefs and creatives who share this philosophy. Our pride is in creating one of a kind memorable affairs and we offer local resources with mindful input. Our Client’s budgets vary, but the average Monica Relyea Events wedding is around $800 per person, excluding planner fees, accommodations and couples personal items, such as wedding dress, suits and rings.

We take a limited number of events per year so that we can be accessible to our clients.
